What are the benefits of becoming a member?

As a member of LTT you will be able to create your own MyTruth profile and interact with other members through discussion groups and chat rooms.

Dr. Keith is a true presence at LTT; he posts to the discussion groups, hosts live chats where you can interact with him directly, and creates written and video blogs on a weekly basis.

You will also have access to life-changing content from Dr. Keith by reading about Shields, the Pain to Power Principle, the 4 Principles, as well as an ever-expanding library of 8 step LTT programs.

Is my information secure and private?

Will my information be kept private from other members?

All of your information will be kept private except for you username. Other members will not know your real name, age, email address, etc. unless you independently decide to share with them directly.

I can't change my username, what should I do?

Once you have created a username it cannot be changed. We suggest picking a username that you are comfortable with because the entire LTT community will know you by it.

Will I be able to talk to Dr. Keith Ablow?

Yes, through the chat rooms. Two to three times a month Dr. Keith will host live chats where you will be able to ask your questions and share our stories directly with him. You can also schedule personal consultations with Dr. Ablow, for a fee, by including your phone number and contacting us here.

Can I add music, videos, etc. to my profile?

Yes, just go to MyScrapbook and upload the music, videos or art that you'd like to add.

What is the Announcements Group?

In the Announcements Group you will be alerted when to expect Dr. Keith's live chats, blogs and more. We encourage all members to be a part of the group.

I noticed thumbs next to some of the discussion groups, what do they mean?

The "thumbs up" is a ratings system. If you like what another member has said you can click the thumb and it will increase the number.

How does a chat room work?

Chat rooms are where you can have real-time discussions with other members. Here's how to access the room:

Click on "Chat about LTT"
Click on "Join this chat"...and you're there

How do I know other people are chatting with me?

Once you're in the chat room it tells you how many people are chatting and who. If there is only one person chatting, that person is you.

How do I send a message during a chat?

There is no "send" button; simply type and then hit enter to send your message. Please note that you can only type a few lines before you have to hit enter and continue typing once again.

I missed a chat, can I view the transcript?

Yes, to view the chats, click on "View Chat Rooms", click "View all chats" and the transcripts are available.
