During the LTT retreat you will have one-on-one personal coaching with Dr. Ablow. You will practice in-depth LTT exercises and participate in group activities, like LTT with Yoga, all designed to help you integrate and embrace your truth mentally, emotionally and physically. The LTT retreats provide participants with a healing and supportive environment in which to grow and progress in their Living the Truth experience. We hope to see you there!
